Privacy policy

What we collect

• When you place an order: your name, WhatsApp or mobile number, the payment method you used, the number you paid from, and your payment transaction reference.
• Your email address, if you choose to give one. It is optional and used only to send your order confirmation and access details.
• Your Telegram user id, only if you start our delivery bot, and only so it can confirm you have joined the channels your order requires.
• Technical information every website receives: IP address, browser type, and the pages you visited.

Why we collect it

• To verify your payment against the transaction reference you submit. Payments in taka are checked by hand, which is why the sender number and reference are required.
• To deliver what you bought and to reissue access if something fails.
• To answer support requests about your order.
• To keep a record of what was delivered to which order, so a dispute can be resolved.

Who else receives it

• Paddle.com Market Ltd, for orders paid in currencies other than taka. Paddle is the merchant of record for those orders and processes the payment; we never see or store your card details.
• Telegram, where a product is delivered through a Telegram channel and you choose to join it.
• Our email provider, to send order emails.
• Meta, through the Facebook pixel and conversions API, where we measure advertising. What is sent is described in the next section.
• Google, through Google Analytics where it is switched on, to count visits and see which pages are used. It receives technical information such as the pages you visited, not your order details.
• We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.

Advertising measurement

Where a Facebook pixel is configured, we report that a page was viewed, a checkout was started, or a purchase was completed, so that advertising can be measured.

Contact details included in those reports — an email address or phone number — are hashed before they are sent, so Meta receives an irreversible fingerprint rather than the value itself.

You can block this with any standard ad or script blocker; doing so does not affect your order.

Cookies

This site sets a session cookie needed to keep forms working, and a cookie that protects forms against cross-site request forgery. Neither is used for tracking.

Advertising and analytics cookies, where present, come from the providers named above.

How long we keep it

Order records, including delivery records, are kept while they may be needed for support, refunds, disputes or accounting obligations.

You can ask us to delete your details; where an order record must be kept for accounting, we will tell you.

Your rights

• Ask what we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct anything inaccurate.
• Ask us to delete your details, subject to the record-keeping above.
• Ask us to stop sending you email.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Access to a purchased product is checked on every request against the order's payment status, and delivery destinations are never exposed in the page itself.

No system is perfectly secure. If we become aware of a breach affecting your information, we will tell you.

Children

These products are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
