Who you are contracting with

eSmartBee operates this site and produces the products sold on it.

For orders paid in Bangladeshi taka, your contract is with eSmartBee directly, and payment is made by mobile financial transfer to the number shown at checkout.

For orders paid in other currencies, Paddle.com Market Ltd acts as the merchant of record. Paddle is the seller for that transaction, handles payment and any applicable sales tax or VAT, and will appear as the merchant on your card or bank statement. Paddle's own terms apply to that part of the transaction alongside these.

What you are buying

Every product on this site is digital. Nothing is shipped physically.

Each product page states what is included. Where a product is a course, access is granted to its channel or materials; where it is a file bundle, you receive the files described in that product's specifications section.

Your licence to use what you buy

• You may use the products for your own personal or internal business purposes.
• You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publish the files or course materials, in whole or in part.
• You may not share your access link or channel invitation with anyone else. Access links are personal and, for channel invitations, single use.
• Where a product includes a separate licence section on its page, that licence governs and adds to these terms.

Your account and your details

You do not need an account to buy. Your order is identified by the link issued to you and by the phone number and transaction reference you provide.

You are responsible for giving accurate contact details. We cannot deliver an order or process a refund for details we cannot verify.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to gain access to orders, products or systems that are not yours.
• Do not submit payment references that are not genuinely yours.
• We may withdraw access where these terms are broken. Where the breach is redistribution or fraudulent payment, no refund is due.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep purchased products available continuously, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any third-party platform used to deliver them, such as a messaging channel or file host.

We may update a product's content. Where an update materially reduces what you bought, we will say so.

We may change these terms. The version published here at the time of your order is the one that applies to it.

Liability

The products are educational and informational. They are supplied without a guarantee of any particular outcome, income or result.

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim connected with a product is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Not provided yet, and disputes are subject to its courts.

Where Paddle is the merchant of record for your order, Paddle's terms govern the payment itself.
