Everything sold here is digital. Nothing is posted, and there are no shipping charges.
How delivery works
Each product page lists how that product is delivered. Depending on the product this may be a file folder link, a private channel invitation, an emailed link, or a combination.
Access appears on your order page as soon as the payment is confirmed, and your order page link is shown to you the moment you submit the order.
How long it takes
- Orders paid in a currency other than taka are confirmed by the payment provider, usually within minutes.
- Orders paid in taka are verified by hand against the transaction reference. This is normally done within a few hours, and within 24 hours at the latest.
- Where a product requires you to join supporting channels first, the final access link is issued as soon as that step is completed.
If your access does not arrive
Your order page keeps working and updates itself; you can also find it again at any time from the order tracking page using your phone number and transaction reference.
If nothing has arrived within 24 hours, contact us at [email protected] with your transaction reference.
Access links
Channel invitations are single use and personal to your order. A second attempt to use one will not work, which is expected.
If you lose access through no fault of your own, we will reissue it.
